We recently hosted our first on-site training session at a nursery, where one of our valued customers had recently installed an Ecosoft MO3 Reverse Osmosis (RO) System. This system is designed to deliver pure, safe, and consistent water quality, a vital requirement for environments such as nurseries where it directly effects the growth of the plants and income for this nursery.

We were delighted to welcome Rostyslav. Product Development Manager at Ecosoft, who flew in especially to provide in-depth training. His technical expertise offered our team and customers a unique opportunity to:
- See the MO3 RO system in full operation on-site.
- Gain hands-on training and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Discuss technical strategies for ongoing support and optimisation.

The day was split into two parts:
- Morning Session: Hands-on training at the nursery site, with a focus on the real-world application of the MO3 reverse osmosis system.
- Afternoon Session: A collaborative technical workshop covering product support, customer care strategies, and how J&F Water Treatment can continue to help businesses make the most of their water treatment systems.
