The Challenge
The factory required a reliable commercial water softening system capable of treating a continuous mains water supply for a demanding industrial application. Hard water was causing scale build-up throughout the site’s pipework and equipment, increasing maintenance requirements and reducing operational efficiency.

36″ x 72″ Duplex Water Softener complete with Clack WS2 Control Valves
This industrial water softener system was designed to provide uninterrupted softened water by alternating between two vessels. While one vessel is in service, the other is available for regeneration, ensuring continuous operation throughout the factory.
