A client operating a large irrigation site required a robust water treatment system capable of delivering consistently clean, reliable water for crop irrigation. While the immediate need was agricultural, the client also wanted the flexibility to transition the system for future domestic use as the site develops.

For this project, we worked closely with our long-standing customers Siren Water Treatment, who completed the full installation for a construction and domestic building company requiring a complete treatment system to ensure clean, safe, and high-quality water throughout their site.
The Challenge
The client required a treatment solution capable of tackling a range of water quality issues, including high iron and manganese levels, turbidity, and pH imbalance, all while ensuring long-term protection against scaling and microbial contamination and ensuring the system could support potable water requirements further down the line.
Our Solution
J&F Water Treatment supplied a complete system designed to provide multi-stage purification and conditioning, ensuring water quality suitable for both construction and domestic use.
The Water Treatment Solution Included:
· 2 x 99135150-60BASIC (Grundfos dosing stations) – one for hypochlorite dosing to oxidise dissolved iron, and one for metabisulphite dosing to remove residual chlorine.
- 12×52 AG+ Unit – to significantly reduce turbidity levels.
- 12×52 pH Correction Unit – ensuring the pH is optimised for efficient iron removal.
- 14×65 Pyrolox Unit – to reduce iron and manganese concentrations.
- 1 x 99135150-60BASIC (Grundfos dosing station) – used for antiscalant dosing to protect the downstream reverse osmosis system.
- MO24000 Reverse Osmosis System – providing high-quality water by removing dissolved salts and impurities.
- Remineralisation Unit – to stabilise and neutralise pH post-RO treatment.
- Ultraviolet Disinfection System, complete with 5-micron pre-filtration – providing a final safeguard against bacteria and microorganisms.

The fully integrated system supplied by J&F Water treatment and expertly installed by Siren Water Treatment has delivered exceptional water quality, meeting the client’s needs for both construction operations and domestic applications.
